For this week’s selection I had to dig a little deeper than usual and find you Stanley Cowell’s “I’m Trying To Find A Way” (1981) this has always been a firm favourite of mine and the title really says it all for me, don’t you think it blends in nicely to the Ballistic Brothers from 1995? What else, well lots of great music and two tunes to close out on selected from two great new albums; we have the earthy funk of Melbourne’s The Bamboos and on the jazzier tip, Ben Lamdin’s Nostaglia 77 Octet.
