so i was about to give you another pure soulpatrol box with a bit of balearic, cosmic, late summer feeling.

slowly and deep into it with the free one take live version of a soulsearching classic, "desert fairy princess", this time by the nostalgia 77 octet, brasilhiphopbeats by cut chemist from the brilliant album, antena vs. todd terje who once again delivers a slice of balearic style at its best (cool choice, benji & tom!), long time no hear mr. troubleman with a remix only he can do, 9 minutes afrogroove for n.o.w., and a BIG new bloodfire, takin just a piece of lamont doziers top ten alltime classic and adding pure soulful uplifting moments, so simple - so good ... cheers daz-i-kue! and what a version of the "burning spear"! almost forgot how good this richard evans funk is - cool and in the box. another unofficial remix for the bugz, this time out of california by shapeless...maybe the best mix? plus a typical especial feel good tune by 1luv, edit by dixon...played that already in rotation while being resident at the cocoon 2 years ago...very cool to see it on vinyl now!

so far for the sp box , because while searching a bit for new connections i discovered a mix on a webpage which sounded a bit different. egon sirabella is one of three members of the broken reform / fourseasonsparties.com crew, who promotes special parties at special locations 4 times a year. last one has been trickski for summer, now its peter kruder for autumn on the 7th october, somewhere in bolzano/italia...and for the last winter party we are currently trying to find a date.
if the music has the vibe of egon sirabellas mix , i will definately have a good time there. grazie mille, a presto in bolzano! and wow, choice of the mix is that michael shrieve tune, somewhere between early electronica, esoteric melodies and...once again: balearic. big one.
